About Me

My Photo
Vickie
Made aliyah in July 2006 with my husband, leaving four children and three grandchildren in the states (as of February 2009 there are five grandchildren). I left my job at Aish HaTorah (after ten years) and my mah jongg partners (after nine years). After a year in Ramat Beit Shemesh we moved to Kochav Yaakov where we enjoyed our new lives as settlers for two years. Just before Pesach 2009, we returned to Ramat Beit Shemesh because there are more amenities for English speakers - and more mahj players!
